Created by a Queer Black woman for Black womxn and Queer womxn in the city, this event is all about creating a space where everyone can unwind, connect, and celebrate their identities with community.

Are non-Black and non-queer individuals welcome?

Absolutely! While our events are centered around the Black and queer community, allies who support our mission of inclusivity and solidarity are encouraged to attend and participate.

Where and when does "Vibe in the Park" take place?

Our events occur once a month at Buffalo Bayou - Eleanor Tinsley Park near the Volleyball pit. Additionally, please check the park's website for any questions regarding what's allowed at each location.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Yes, feel free to bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy during the event. Additionally, we encourage attendees to bring chairs, blankets, and games to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Will there be music at the events?

Yes! We aim to have music playing at each gathering, either through curated playlists or live DJ sets. We're currently in search of talented DJs to join us in creating the perfect soundtrack for our events.
