Vets In Progress offers a unique experience for young animal enthusiasts to engage with animals and animal health care routines in a practical and hands-on manner. This program offers learning opportunities unlike any other, that introduce students to animal industry practices, whilst promoting responsible pet ownership, animal welfare and care.

All students aged 11-14 years are invited to join our Echidna Program. Session 2 - Pet Ownership includes:

Animal handling
Responsible pet ownership
Behaviour and training
Animal welfare

Vets In Progress is a student program. Parents/guardians will be required to sign student participants in and out of session on the day. All VIP sessions are facilitated by our training coordinator (current Qld Working with Children Blue Card).
