What is Vertical Dance?

Vertical Dance is an exciting emerging dance and aerial discipline, that typically uses rock climbing equipment to suspend us off the floor, allowing us to use a variety of vertical surfaces to dance on as our floor.

It allows us to flip our perspective (and scenery!) and try out dancing in a different way.

This workshop is open to all abilities and we warmly welcome beginners and anyone who has no aerial or harness experience. The focus of all our workshops is to gain confidence, have fun and play with new skills.
