A deep dive into cheese and its unique role in history and Vermont today.  Learn what makes Vermont unique compared to other cheese producing states, glimpse how Vermont cheese and dairy are tackling sustainability, meet a cheesemonger and learn how to build a cheese board,  bite into cheese (literally - there will be cheese sampling) and its role in tackling historic climate instabilities, meet cheesemakers firsthand, and enjoy a tour through the beautiful Hildene estate and its creamery!
