At Vermilion, we have discussed the elegant wines of the Finger Lakes at great lengths, and one of our guests recently asked for a wine class looking beyond the Finger Lakes to explore New York wine regions such as Long Island and the Hudson River Valley. We thought that this is a great idea! So in this class we are setting the Finger Lakes to the side to explore the broad wines of New York State that can often get overlooked.

Join us for a casual seated wine class where we will go over the wine history and various terroirs of New York State and sip some of our favorite New York wines at Vermilion.
