VENDOR SPACE AVAILABLE for 2024 Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest

Zack Wheat American Legion Post 624 in Sunrise Beach is an official passport stop for BIKEFEST 2024, and we have 17 prime vendor booth locations available.

Display your products and services in front of 1,000's of bikers and visitors. Thursday, Sept 12 Friday, Sept. 13 Saturday, Sept. 14

Booth fee is per day (Fri & Sat are required minimum. Thursday optional)

$100 fee for 10 x10 booth space (no electric)

$ 150 fee for 10 x10 booth space (with electric)

NOTE: Booth spaces are outside. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own Tents, tables and any other equipment they may need. Tent weights and tie-downs are required.

Zack Wheat American Legion Post 624 reserves the right to choose which vendors are accepted for this event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display items, to include tables, canopies, electric cords, etc. Vendors are responsible for any permits required by city/county for merchandising. Booth spaces with electric are on a first-come basis. Booth reservation fee is non-refndable. Vendors may not break down until 7pm Saturday.
