Industry Friends,

We want to extend an invitation to you and your sales representatives to attend the 51st Annual School Nutrition Association of South Dakota Conference, to be held July 23-25, at Arrowwood Resort in Oacoma, SD. With this registration you will be given the opportunity to become an SNASD Industry Member. We offer this membership only 1 time a year. We have a membership of four hundred throughout the State. In past years we have had more than 250 in attendance at the Conference for the workshop, general sessions and vendor booths. This is an excellent time to show your products to School Nutrition Employees from around the State.

The general sessions of conference will begin on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. The Vendor exhibits area will open Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 11:30 AM and remain open until 2:00 PM. The show will be open to all attendees and SNASD board members will be available to direct traffic. Buyers will be noted as such on their name badge.

Industry Membership: We offer Industry Partner Memberships! For detailed info on this please visit our website: https://www.snasd.org/industry-membership. You will be given opportunity to become a member along with your registration for the conference. Many benefits are included in the membership. Depending on the level even vendor show booth space and advertisement is included!

Booth Space: for the Vendor Show will vary in price depending on your registration choice. A full booth will include two 6 foot tables, 2 chairs and 110 electric wiring. If a different voltage is needed please indicate that in the registration questions.

Vendor Advertisement: Our conference booklet will be electronic this year. Vendors who choose to advertise will be recognized in a slide show during our general session. The advertisements can be submitted by email and will be shown in full color. Please send you advertisements to Katie Sieverding at katie@lancastermanagementgroup.com.

Payment Options: You may pay with debit or credit card as well as check. Please mail check immediately (instead of bringing payment to the conference). Make checks payable to SNASD and send to:

Exhibit Details:

1. Exhibitors shall be bound by the rules and regulations set forth herein and by such amendments or additions to the rules and regulations, which may be established by the exhibit manager and duty, authorized representative of the sponsoring organizations.

2. STANDARD BOOTH EQUIPMENT: Booths will include two 6’ tables covered with floor length white linen and chairs. Plenty of trash cans will be available for booths. Any additional booth equipment is the responsibility of the vendor.

3. Exhibits may be set up between 4:00 pm -7:00pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 and between 7:00am-11:00 am on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Special equipment and lighting for the displays are the responsibility of the vendor. If you need this service, you must talk with the SNASD Industry Board Reps.

4. Subletting or dividing exhibit space is not allowed except by permission of the SNASD Industry Board Reps. Any decorations must be 100% fire resistant. No helium balloons allowed. Marring, tacking or defacing the walls is not permissible.

5. All exhibit space must be paid in full prior to set-up.

6. 110 Electrical is included with registration. If you have requested a different voltage you will be responsible for any extra charges. Contact Industry Board Reps.

The safety of our attendees and vendors is important to us. While this is our current plan, please know we may need to make adjustments to this schedule and/or planned spaces based on the number of registrations to avoid overcrowding. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this new territory.
