GREETINGS VENDORS:
The Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World (“Elks”) is pleased to invite you to our Grand Lodge International Convention to be held August 10th – 16th, 2024 at Hyatt Regency Riverfront Jacksonville. The vendor area is FREE to the general public with an anticipated nearly 5000 attendees. The vending space will be available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
This event is for individuals and all entrepreneurs, who own a business and want to network. As an exhibitor/vendor, we would like your company to set up a table, offer demonstrations, and provide informational material, including educational/informational flyers/brochures.
The recommended method for registration and payment is online at https://elks-vendors.eventbrite.com. Payment by credit card can be made online at Eventbrite. If you mail your registration, it must be made by certified bank check made payable to Elks Grand Lodge Convention Department. Vendor space will be first come, first served.
To be permitted to sell the Goods at the Event, Vendor shall pay Elks the following fee:$500.00 per 10x10 space (1 table included) $25.00 for each additional table. The purchase of more than one (1) space is available.

1. Register on Eventbrite.
2 . Pay, in full, with a credit card on Eventbrite.
3. Print, complete, and email the Vendor Agreement and proof of payment to vendors@ibpoew.org. Be sure to print and email all 8 pages. Download and Print the agreement at www.ibpoew.org/vendor or download and print the agreement below (right click on each image and save image as).
NOTE: VENDOR AGREEMENT MUST BE COMPLETED AND ON FILE.
