Ready to vend at markets or events? Gretchen Kopmanis teaches Vending 101 — from setup to teardown, get the skills for success!

Do you vend at Events or Farmers markets, or are you insterested in learning to vend? Join us for our vending 101 workshop led by Gretchen Kopmanis (seasoned event vender), who will cover the basics of vending at your local farmers market, pop up, or event. From set up to tear down this workshop will have helpful information for you event success!


This workshop will be a hybrid event with both in person attedance and zoom attedance available. Doors will open at 4:45 pm and light refreshments will provideed!

About the Presenter:

Gretchen Kopmanis is the owner and heritage baker behind Czechbox Bakery, a Michigan cottage bakery founded to preserve and share her family’s traditional Eastern European recipes. Inspired by baking alongside her great-grandmother and grandmother, she began the bakery in 2012 to keep their apple strudel and other cherished pastries alive for future generations. Today, Gretchen creates seasonal strudels, breads, and holiday treats using time-honored methods and local ingredients, sharing both the flavors and stories of her heritage with the community.
