Come join us to learn about the benefits of Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition (WFPBN) every 2nd Tuesday of the month. **April and May 2024 dates will be alternative days.

No need to register, just show up with a dish to share! Please adhere to WFPBN guidelines (no meat, dairy, or oil and minimal added sugar and salt) and bring the recipe to share. Reach out to Lori at lboyd2@srhs.com if you'd like some recommendations about where to find recipe ideas.
