This free workshop will introduce you to Vedic Meditation, a time-tested, technique that quickly provides us with the results we crave. The effect is a feeling of inner wakefulness and peace while yet delivers profound results on the body and mind. Though you will not learn how to meditate during this introduction, we will lay the foundation for a lifelong practice. It is an interesting workshop,allowing the body to rest at profound levels.

Vi Rucks learned Vedic Meditation to help with stress related sleep issues. After 2 years of profound and unexpected results, she decided to become a meditation instructor. In order to preserve the tradition of the meditation practice, she spent 2 years studying this practice in the US, and then went to the source of Vedic Meditation, the Indian Himalayas. She spent three months in the Himalayas studying under the guidance of Thom Knoles, a world-renowned instructor and student of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Prior to becoming a meditation teacher, Vi worked at a hedge fund as an investor relations associate for 8 years.  This unique background prepared her to understand the challenges of a demanding work environment and how to find balance.

Her love for helping people to access their potential is supported by the simple tools that she equips her students with.  She is passionate about helping people to live the best life possible.
