Harrisonburg JMU MCI Full Scale Exercise

The purpose of the 2019 Harrisonburg - James Madison University (JMU) Mass Casualty Incident Full Scale Exercise is to demonstrate the ability of local, regional, private, nongovernmental, and state partners to evacuate Bridgeforth Stadium and respond to a mass casualty incident following a natural gas explosion at JMU in accordance with plans, polices and procedures.
