Do I need my own skates?

No! Skate rental is included with your ticket. You are welcome to bring your own of you have them.

Should I wear protective gear?

At VBRSC we always suggest safety gear when learning something new. Wrist guards, and knee pads are suggested but not required.

Can I come if I didnt attend the first workshop?

Of course! Attendance of the first workshop is not required. Evrryone will be taught at their skill level. If you did attend the first one, we have so much more to teach you!

Whether you are a beginner, getting back into it, or skate regularly but want to learn more tricks, come out and get advice from 3 of VBRSC's experienced rollerskaters in a safe and controlled environment! Attendance of Workshop 1 is not a requirement! We have private access to the small rink at SK8 House Family Entertainment Center from 730-830 pm! You will get advice on getting started on your skates, transitioning to and skating backwards, jam skating moves, spins and more.
