The Vanguard Awards Luncheon is designed to recognize and celebrate individuals in Osceola County who have made significant impacts in areas such as education, health, economic development, public safety, and social justice. These community vanguards have shown extraordinary leadership and commitment, and it is our privilege to acknowledge their efforts in a formal setting.
