Teaching Artist, Sheila Newquist, has been recognized with awards for her “Values & Splattering” techniques. Sheila is represented by the Charlestown Gallery in Charlestown, RI. She is a member of the New England Watercolor Society, Rhode Island Watercolor Society, and several local art associations in RI.
