Event Details

The accelerated rate of change brought about by the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous nature of today's world requires a value driven, iterative, and adaptive approach to requirements and planning.  It requires a deep, creative collaborative and a short feedback loop between the team doing the work, and the stakeholders who are impacted, to discovering and delivering valuable outcomes.

This popular hands-on, experiencial workshop offers participants the first hand knowledge, experience, and confidence to tackle the requirements and planning of products, solutions, and services using an Agile, value driven and adaptive approach.

Beginning with a clear understanding of value, what is valuable, who we are creating value for and the role of Product Ownership, including the critical role of Product Owner and the evolving role of the Business Analyst in the discovery and communication of value.  Particpants will then learn the adaptive planning cycle and experience the levels of planning - taking an idea from concept  to value using feedback loops and inspection and adaptation to ensure the solution delivered consistently delights customers and generates value.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn how to identify and quantify value.
  • Understand the role of product owner.
  • Explore the evolving role of the business analyst.
