Register for a fun night cooking together with your spouse, family or a friend!

Planning to stay in for Valentine's Day this year? Want to make a special meal but stay on budget? Join us for a fun cooking tutorial as we share an easy, healthy Valentine's Dinner you are sure to enjoy! We have provided a list of ingredients below so you can pick up everything you need to get started. If you want to participate but are worried about the cost please let us know (admin@healwinchendon.org). We will be sponsoring 5 families for this event.

Ingredients to purchase either Friday or Saturday: 2 large (or 3 small) boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes - bite size) 1 cup shiitake mushrooms 1 cup pea shoots 1 cup carrots 2 cups of dry brown rice or substitute cauliflower rice 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/3 cup soy sauce2 cloves garlic1 teaspoons ginger minced3 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons cornstarch1 tablespoon of sugar Seltzer water 1 pint of strawberries 1 bag of chocolate chips
