This class is a two hours class for couples who would like to try for natural birth, but techniques will help anybody to cope with labor contractions. We'll practice relaxation and comfort techniques for all stages of labor and pushing.

Please wear comfortable clothes. This class is for couples to practice, you do want your partner to take it with you.
