- If registering more than one car, please register one car and checkout before beginning the second car. This is a limitation of Eventbrite. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- There is a list of required questions for information needed for your registration:

  • You will not be able to checkout until you answer all questions. Spelling and capitalization count!!
  • Some Information you enter will be printed on your event credentials.
  • Please take your time - Info printed on your badge will appear as you enter it. If you enter "porche" that is what you are driving. Upper and lower case looks better than all caps or all lower case.
  • Check your spelling. Check your guest's name.
  • If you are unsure of which car you are entering - just enter your first choice and e-mail us no later than 8 September to make a substitution.
  • Printing credentials is a one person operation. Mark doesn't have time to correct your spelling and capitalization. Please help yourself with accurate entry.

- No commercial vehicles may be entered. If in doubt, please contact us with questions.

- No vehicle may display advertising or dealer name in an obvious promotional manner (windshield banner, signage or display on the trunk or roof) unless they are a sponsor. We may have sponsor openings available to promote your business. Race cars with sponsor logos are the one exception. If in doubt, please contact us in advance.

The Chief Judge will assign your entry to a class. Classes may be expanded or combined based on entries. If you disagree with your judging class assignment, please mention it and we will review. You will find your class assignment at check-in; no sooner.

Friday - September 13

BARRETT-JACKSON MOUNTAIN ROAD TOUR

A drive from Vail to Steamboat Springs following a route we carefully curate to maximize fun driving and beautiful scenery. New route just to keep it interesting. We will take a break for a catered picnic and camaraderie in Steamboat Springs. Following lunch we proceed back to Vail by a different route. Some drivers may opt to spend some time exploring Steamboat Springs and make their way back to Vail on their own schedule. Drivers select their group based on vehicle types and driving styles; some may prefer a "spirited" drive while others prefer a more leisurely pace. (Advance Registration Required)

CARS AND COCKTAILS

Dinner and drinks featuring Texas BBQ, beer, wine, live music and lawn games in a comfortable and relaxing setting.(Advance registration required.) Open to show participants.

Saturday- September 14

CARS & COFFEE

At the base of Vail Mountain's Gondola 1. This is a scenic venue on the lawn. Friends and new friends gather to enjoy cars, camaraderie and coffee. Open to the first 90 cars. Some may take this time to plan a casual afternoon drive. Some car clubs may plan their own afternoon activities. (Exclusively for registered Cars ONLY) Spectators on foot welcome.

Sunday- September 15

VAIL CONCOURS

Cars will fill the streets of Lionshead Village and the Vail Base area near the Eagle Bahn Gondola. Enter your car to be judged or enter it for display (we won't judge!). This is your opportunity to compete and to show off your pride and joy as we welcome spectators to circulate.

Frequently asked questions

May I register just for one day?

We have simplified registration to just one ticket for all events. Compared to other automotive events, we are a bargain. Look at the included meals.

Is there an official hotel?

There is no official hotel. The hotels in Vail keep busy with more profitable groups. DiscoverVail.com has good local information including lodging. Looking for someplace special, e-mail us and we will try to assist.

May I pick-up credentials and registration before Friday?

Yes; please do! We will offer credential pick-up Thursday afternoon. Time and location will be announced in our final pre-event e-mail. The final event e-mail will be sent out early the week before.

Where is the nearest car wash?

Vail: West Vail Shell offers a self-service water only spray with a gas purchase.Phillips 66 next door offers self service. Minturn: on the Main Street. Edwards: It is located just off I-70 near Wendy's. South side of the interstate.

Is trailer parking available?

Yes - Trailer parking will be available. Trailers may always park on North Frontage Rd, west of the fire station. We will announce another location. Barring any unexpected construction, we will offer parking within 5 minutes of the Vail venues. No charge

Each year, the Vail Concours celebrates the art of the machine with a series of automotive events in the Vail Valley. And, although we love all things automotive, our passion is giving back to our community. That's why each year proceeds from the Vail Automotive Concours benefit one or more local non-profit organizations.
