About this event

This two day class is designed to help operators and new mechanics set up and maintain the Vactor 2100i for the best operation. Engaging the hydraulics, rodder pump and vacuum systems (fan and PD units) will be discussed with emphasis on safety, industry standards and best practices, proper operation, and maintenance.

Class will include basic troubleshooting of systems related to sewer cleaning including the boom and high pressure water system. Discussion will include how to set the Vactor unit up for various applications.

● Understand the Hose Reel, Rodder Pump, Vacuum source (Fan or P.D.), Body, and Boom Functions

● Nozzle Selection and Operation

● Filtration and Vacuum Systems

● Maintenance and the Maintenance Schedule

● Hydraulic Component Identification

● Navigation of the Intuitouch Screens

This In-Person class meets two days, 8:30 - 4:00. Attendance at the entire session is required.
