Vacancy Collaborative Spring Workshop

The Vacancy Collaborative (VC) is a coalition of partnerscommitted to the reduction of vacant propertyas a top priority in St. Louis. Reducing the negative impact of vacancy is a complex puzzle, that requires coordination to achieve a shared vision.The VC is not a stand-alone entity, but a coalition of community representatives, private and non-profit stakeholders, and City agencies. The VC helps to coordinate existing vacancy efforts under one umbrella and encourages the public and private sectors to work together toward solutions in a comprehensive and coordinated way.

This event is an opportunity for Vacancy Collaborative participants (almost 500 strong already!) to come back together, share the goals and progress of the working groups, celebrate the growing momentum around vacancy, and share next steps about the draft action strategy being developed by the working groups and committees.

Parking and Transit Information
Metered street parking is available near Tegeler Hall. For garage parking (for a fee), head to the Olive Parking garage at Olive and Compton. Tegeler Hall is a 0.2 mile walk from the garage. There is a pay station at the entrance to the garage. The building is also near the #70 and #10 bus lines and the Grand MetroLink station.
