V CHALLENGE 2019

Varsity Sports

V-Challenge is a V (five) week fitness challenge that has multiple activities required to complete it.
It's a combination of fitness and lifestyle activities.. We "Run and Workout Hard" ...  but our "Live Easy" challenges focus on learning something new and volunteering for the sake of your running community.
February 4th - March 10th, 2019
Challenge Sheets to record your progress will be emailed to all participants. 
The activities are planned by Jenni and Varsity Sports. Once you are registered you'll get regular email updates and invited to the V Challenge Facebook page.
But you can also take fitness and lifestyle classes on your own. Just record what they are and when on your Challenge Progress Sheet.
No weight component this year. The goal is to get stronger and fitter. Your weight will take of itself as a consequence.
This year's challenge award will have 2 options:
Embroidered V Challenge Car Seat Cover - $25 entry fee
Embroidered V Challenge Eddie Bauer Storm Repel Soft Shell Jacket - $45 entry fee
