What is your refund policy?

You can request a full refund up to 8 weeks before or half refund up to 4 weeks before the event. No refunds are available within 4 weeks, but for unforeseen health or personal emergencies, you may receive a credit for next year or transfer your ticket. To request, email us at info@uxconference.org.
