The Underline Inter Stage

The Underline is pleased to offer free classes of Core &amp; Mobility with Dominic Ghany powered by Baptist Health Saturday mornings from 10-11 AM at Inter Stage.Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to move better, this class is all about activation, mobility, and building a stronger body. Getting there:The Underline's Inter Stage, located on SW 1st Ave right before the crosswalk on SW 8th St. <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/cLPtvXn7mTaAxQ8a7" title="https://maps.app.goo.gl/cLPtvXn7mTaAxQ8a7" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Google Pin</a>•⁠ 🚆Take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station, exit north, and walk to The InterStage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.•⁠ 🚴‍♂️ Walk or bike (bike racks on The Underline as SW 1st Avenue and SW 1st Street) to The InterStage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.•⁠ 🚗 If you drive, please use nearby public parking lots at Brickell City Centre. ✂️ What to bring:<ul><li>Exercise mat</li><li>Towel</li><li>Refillable water bottle</li><li>Comfortable clothing for movement</li><li>Resistance bands (encouraged)</li></ul>🌧 Weather: This event is outdoors. In case of severe weather, check your email for updates. If there’s a 50% or greater chance of rain, we’ll postpone the event 2 hours beforehand.
