<p>This year’s Theme: “Driven by Design” seeks to capture the newest design and information technology tools available to advance the construction process. As in the past, this year’s conference is organized and sponsored by the United States Minority Contractors Association (USMCA), Architectural Engineering and Technology Division along with the STEM Education Foundation (501C3). Design and construction firms find themselves constantly trying to navigate through  transformative changes driven by technology. AEC firms will find the conference structured to meet their needs through a renown keynote speaker, distinguished panelists and industry leading exhibitors.</p><p>Whether you are a business owner, contractor, design architect/engineer, real estate developer, construction manager or IT specialist, this year’s Construction Technology Day will provide you and your team with a wealth of field proven practices that will help you optimize the design process and take construction technology participation to the next level. Come and spend the day learning innovative best practices and network with a plethora of like-minded business professionals who design, bid and build and bid worldwide. Continuing Education Credits and PDH Certification Credits are earned by all qualified participants. Our program will be an open discussion and networking format among expert exhibitors, contracting firm panelists and all participants. Anyone on your team charged with implementation of design, virtual design and construction technology will find this event beneficial. This annual conference is USMCA’s continuing commitment to virtual design and construction technology. It blends the perspectives of general and specialty A/E’s and contractors during exciting panel discussions,  presentations and round table discussion on a variety of subjects.</p>
