From improving affordability and accessibility to increasing community engagement - advancing equity in transportation requires a closer look at the decisions we make and how we measure their impact. Join the Open Mobility Foundation for the second in a two-part series as we discuss how cities and companies can create and measure transportation equity initiatives, particularly when it comes to emerging and/or technology-enhanced modes. Together, we'll hear case studies from OMF members that explore different approaches to addressing transportation equity and the role data plays in setting objectives and measuring outcomes. These talks will touch on a variety of topics and their role in advancing equity, like fees and subsidies, mode shift and transit connectivity, defining equity zones, and enhancing safety.This hour-long virtual event will feature short presentations followed by Q&A.
