About this event

With the ongoing, rapid deployment of AI in investment management, Artificial Intelligence is beginning to play a key role in the evolution of risk management. For example, large language models (LLMs) are used in security analysis, trained on customized data sets to provide a higher degree of accuracy for investment analysis than could be conducted by an individual security analyst. In operational risk, AI models are trained to classify and tag policy content against regulatory taxonomies, reducing manual review cycles and enhancing audit readiness. Of course, cybersecurity is a key focus for AI where machine learning algorithms analyze network traffic and identify cyber attacks.

AI and machine learning are transformative technologies that are fundamentally reshaping investment management and risk management approaches from the realm of qualitative to insightful quantitative outcomes. This panel discussion aims to provide perspectives into the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence's application in financial industry risk management.
