The Water Security Division of the Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water is hosting a webinar on free preparedness tools and resources for drinking water and wastewater utilities. This webinar will feature short presentations on four resources:

  • Hazard Mitigation for Natural Disasters: A Starter Guide

  • Water Utility Response On-The-Go

  • Laboratory Support Resources

  • Climate Resilience Evaluation and Awareness Tool (CREAT)

The webinar will benefit water utility operators and managers, state and tribal primacy agencies, drinking water and wastewater utility stakeholders, and water utility partners and associations.

Drinking water and wastewater operators in certain states may earn continuing education credit for attending, pending approval from state operator certification programs.

This webinar will take place on November 9, 2016 from 1:00-2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Links and instructions will be sent to participants via email prior to the event. If you have additional questions, please contact us at WSD-Outreach@epa.gov.
