Do I need any experience with Breathwork and Meditation to come along?

Absolutely not! The session caters for all levels of experience and they are very simple techniques. You'll be guided through each part of the session, so you'll know what to do during the different techniques.

Breathwork refers to breathing exercises and techniques. By consciously changing the breathing rhythm, pattern or style, we can induce profound positive effects on mental clarity, physical health and emotional regulation.
