You can email Taj at hausoftaj@gmail.com with a photo of the specific chair or piece. You can also email Taj to inquire about sample photos of chairs that are allowed or to submit a photo of your piece to see if it is approved.

Can I register with a friend?
Yes! These classes are great for attending with a friend or family member. Each person needs their own ticket, but you're welcome to partner up and work on the same chair or piece together.

You can transfer your ticket to someone else. If there is availability in the next class, you may be able to move your date — though this option is not guaranteed.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are nonrefundable but transferable. If your furniture item is not approved, a refund is not provided. Please ensure your item is approved either before registering or at least one week before class by emailing Taj.

Absolutely! These classes are structured for beginners with no prior experience or light experience. No prior knowledge is needed.

Yes! You bring your own chair and you take it home with you beautifully reupholstered.

No — workshop tools are for workshop use only. However, if you purchase a starter kit, you keep that and all its tools.

Chairs/Furniture Not Permitted
Large or overstuffed chairs, items requiring new springs, extensive woodwork, cushion sewing, or extensive nail head removal. This class does not involve sewing. Certain armchairs may be allowed with a reference photo.
