<h3>Description</h3><p>Invest a little time in adding these updated versions of classic Southern dishes to your repertoire. Working with a small team, you&#39;ll poach shrimp in a spicy sauce; fry sweet tea-brined chicken to golden brown; roast vegetables; whip up a lighter version of cheese grits; and create a flaky pie dough for a tart and creamy dessert. </p><p>For ages 18 + up. 21 or older? You&#39;ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal at the end of class.</p>
