Are you ready to step out of the exhausting cycle of overthinking, worry, and inner paralysis?
Heal deeper layers of emotional reactivity, family patterns, and unconscious triggers that may be feeding your anxiety.

In this transformative workshop, Katalina Damato will guide you through a gentle, proven technique for calming the nervous system and rewiring habitual emotional responses.

Through guided practice, participants will learn to safely discharge anxiety at its root—supporting a deeper sense of emotional resilience, clarity, and peace.

Benefits of This Practice:
✅ Helps release stored tension and anxious thought loops
✅ Reduces physiological stress responses
✅ Supports emotional resilience and self-compassion
✅ Provides a powerful tool for ongoing self-healing and self-soothing

Come with an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to transform.
No prior experience needed—just bring yourself, exactly as you are.

What to Expect:

The workshop will be held in a welcoming yoga studio space. Most participants choose to sit comfortably on yoga mats or cushions on the floor, though chairs are always available for anyone who prefers or needs a different arrangement.

While we traditionally remove shoes before entering the space to maintain a grounding atmosphere, this is entirely optional—your comfort is what matters most.

We typically gather in a circle, where the facilitator will guide the group through instruction and demonstration of the techniques.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, practice the techniques in real time, and share reflections or experiences with the group (always at your own comfort level).

Our goal is to create a supportive, easeful environment where exploration feels safe, collaborative, and deeply nourishing.
