No, this is designed for all levels and modifications are provided. So whether you stretch regularly or this is your first time, we are excited to see you on the mat.

A mat and comfortable clothes you can move in. Water is a good idea too.

Where exactly do I go once I arrive at POST?

Unless stated otherwise, please head to the rooftop of POST and we will be on the SKYLAWN.
