Created by the City of Riverside Fire Department’s Office of Emergency Management, Ready Riverside is designed to educate and empower anyone who live, learns, works, or plays in the City of Riverside to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies, including natural and man-made disasters. Being prepared can mean the difference between life and death in an emergency. Just as the City of Riverside Office of Emergency Management and partner agencies are prepared to deal with large scale emergencies, individuals must be prepared as well. Ready Riverside highlights a four-step approach to emergency preparedness.
