Liberated Learners' mission is to support the creation of Self-Directed Education (SDE) centers in every community and to provide ongoing mutual support for our member centers around the world. We offer free monthly webinars discussing the educational and financial models. Our Starter Program provides individual support for people interested to open an SDE center in their community. Adventures of a deconstructing tiger mother

The <a href="https://liberatedlearners.net/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Liberated Learners</a> network of centers is hosting a talk with Iris Chen, author of the book Untigering, on Wednesday September 28, 7-8pm EDT.Iris Chen is the founder of the <a href="https://untigering.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Untigering</a> movement, author of the book Untigering: Peaceful Parenting for the Deconstructing Tiger Parent, and an advocate for peaceful parenting, unschooling, and anti-oppression. Iris will talk about the process of untigering, which encourages parents to move away from parenting that is rooted in power to parenting that is grounded in partnership. Q&amp;A will follow.
