Recently over a cup of coffee at a Regional Leaders&#x27; gathering, the idea was floated about combining our regions for one super conference at Ridgecrest Conference Center in Asheville, NC. We schemed a bit and thought if we put our three regions together, we will be able to do more and offer a greater conference experience for our Vineyard family. The decision was made: this summer we will be combining our regions together for our summer conference! This allows us to provide a line-up of fantastic speakers such as Geno Olison, Jay Paythak, Jill Pickerill, and Phil Strout. Our workshops are going to be filled with practical and challenging topics, and there will be programming for your children and youth. We&#x27;ll be converging upon the beautiful mountain town just outside of Asheville, where we will stay at the same hotel, eat together in the same dining facilities and walk just a few feet to all of our meetings. You will appreciate the relaxed feel of being able to park your car for the week, not fighting traffic or having to rush through dinner to get to the meetings on time. The last time the Southeast region held a conference here, many of our Vineyard families combined their personal vacation times with the conference in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
