<a href="https://loomx.io/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Loom Network</a> is a Layer 2 platform build on top of Ethereum that provides developers the scalability and UX layer they need to build functional user-facing applications today. With seamless integrations to Ethereum, Libra, and all other major blockchains, building on Loom allows you to future-proof your application and reach the largest group of audience possible.They are also one of the very first scalable and interoperable smart contract platform that is live in production. You can utilize the platform to launch your application straight away and onboard users immediately - there is no need to wait for some distant scaling solution. Building on a layer 2, interoperable platform like Loom Network futher reduces the risk of vendor lock-in on layer 1 platforms. Loom Network also recently announced their support for Libra (Move). Move is a simpler programming language that is designed specifically for creating tokens and payment. Through this integration, developers will be able to deploy applications on Loom Network to interact with those tokens. TLDR: Libra for payment and tokens, Loom for scaling the business logic of your decentralized application. SPEAKERMatthew Campbell is the Co-Founder of Loom Network. He was previously heading technical teams at Digital ocean, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters. He is also a regular speaker at GopherCon and authored the book "Microservices In GO".
