You're free to step away anytime, use the bathroom, get water, or take breaks.  If you are really struggling with it, we can step away and chat about what's coming up for you and what to do.

I'm not artistic. Can I still color?

There's no artistic skill required! The coloring pages provided are mindful patterns...easy to color in whatever way works for you.

Question 3

Can I bring my phone?

Accepted Answer

We encourage putting devices away during our time together.We will ask that you silence notifications and not look at it throughout our time together.
