Welcome to Unplugged: A Day Rooted in Wellness! A free, one-day immersive wellness experience designed to help individuals rest, move, and connect in a space dedicated to healing and community care. Unplugged offers a diverse range of holistic wellness activities supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being—curated to allow each guest to craft their own personalized journey. With multiple sessions happening throughout the day, attendees can choose the experiences that resonate most, creating a retreat uniquely aligned with their needs.

- Relaxation Space (Limited to 1 Per Attendee) – An exclusive space offering massage therapy and relaxing activities including art & journaling. (Limited to the first 20 registrants.)

Frequently asked questions
Unfortunately, no. We have a very limited number of spaces available for each workshop session, so you will have to stick to the sessions you signed up for.
Dress comfortable. We will have a group Soca Fitness Class so you want to be comfortable. You would wear leggings or loose fitting pants, comfortable sneakers and a t-shirt. If you are the lucky few participants who registered for the limited massages, you want to be comfortable for that as well.
Simple. Before purchasing your ticket, you’ll be prompted to fill out a form that lists all the available events for each session. Each workshop or activity has up to 20 slots available, and you’ll be able to select one option per session to create a personalized retreat experience.
We’ll provide light refreshments including natural herbal iced teas by Hempress, and fruit. During lunch, enjoy delicious empanadas for purchase from our vendor, Amped Panadas. Be sure to bring cash or card so you don’t miss out on this tasty lunch option!
