Unmasking Groups

Looking for a replacement for “traditional” social skills groups? Here it is!

These are social-communication groups focused on building communication skills to allow neurodivergents to feel safer and more capable of “unmasking” throughout their day.

Groups are currently designed for neurodivergent pre-teens, teenagers and young adults who struggle to “fit in” socially and currently try to “hide” their differences throughout their day.
