Unlocking the Power of Design Administration

Join fellow design administrators in this dynamic, peer-led roundtable to uncover the vital roles we play across every facet of A/E/C business success. From managing proposals to supporting firm leadership, you'll explore the full spectrum of impact design administrators make every day. Using SDA’s Six Pillars as our guide, we’ll discuss real-world strategies for maximizing our influence, communicating our value, and driving firm growth—while building connections with others who understand the challenges and opportunities of our multifaceted roles. Walk away with inspiration, validation, and tools to elevate your voice and your value.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the core responsibilities and contributions of design administrators within each of SDA’s Six Pillars.
  2. Recognize how interconnected administrative roles enhance firm-wide performance, collaboration, and culture.
  3. Discuss practical examples and peer insights on how to elevate visibility and impact across departments.
  4. Explore strategies to advocate for the administrative role as essential to firm leadership and strategic planning.
  5. Build community through shared experiences and best practices that empower administrators to grow their influence.
