For the first time, I’m lifting the curtain on some of our trade secrets in this standalone one-day event.

Join us on June 4th at our opulent headquarters in Leeds for an exclusive event designed to equip you with the foundational knowledge and tools to understand what makes a good deal and what to avoid at all costs. Identifying the right property is crucial, so it’s going to be an intensive session designed to give you the skills to effectively evaluate and analyse potential investment opportunities. You'll learn how to scrutinise deals, ensuring that you make informed decisions that align with your financial goals and investment strategy. By the end of the day, you'll have a clear understanding of how to identify profitable investments in the luxury high-end market.

We will run an interactive workshop to help you identify your goldmine area, which is where you want to invest, and conduct a real-time search for incredible properties. We will guide you through the process of identifying prime investment areas that promise high returns. Learn to meticulously research and select locations with the greatest potential for growth and profitability. This session will help you recognise areas that are in high demand, ensuring your investments are strategically placed for maximum success.

Unlike traditional property investment strategies that focus on acquiring properties below market value, high-end serviced accommodation offers a unique advantage. We will explain why purchasing properties at market value can still lead to exceptional profitability, especially in the luxury sector where the focus is on quality while still ensuring we get a good uplift at the end.

One of the most attractive features of serviced accommodation is its ability to generate high cash flow. This session will explore the financial benefits, including detailed case studies and financial models. You'll gain insights into maximising rental income and achieving significant returns on your investment by targeting the luxury high-end market, which often commands higher nightly rates. We will show you how, when done properly, this approach can provide exceptionally high returns.

On top of all that, we will show you examples of our developments where we have fully recycled our cash and, in some instances, had a significant cash uplift at the end, meaning we have pulled out all of our original money and often significantly more. This is the first time I’ve run this as a standalone session outside of my high-level, high-ticket masterminds.
