It is led by an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and aims to debunk common myths about weightlifting and cardio.Key Learning Outcomes
- Myth-Busting: Addressing fears about getting "bulky," joint pain from weights, and the effectiveness of cardio for fat loss.
- Health & Safety: Practical advice on losing weight safely and using strength training to relieve chronic pain.
- Functional Strength: Understanding how developing natural muscle acts as the body's best "support belt."

- Session 1 (Hybrid): Saturday, March 21, 2026 (Online + In-person).
- Session 2 (In-person): Saturday, March 28, 2026 (Physical Workshop).
- Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (English workshop; Mandarin translation available upon request).
