Meet Your Instructor!

Erin Mullis

Erin has found her artistic voice painting landscapes and colorful still life in acrylics and oil on canvas. She draws inspiration from her surroundings in West Michigan, and in particular her home town of Holland, Michigan. She has a love for small town living and the beautiful beaches along the lakeshore and spending time with her husband and two children. She has a passion for learning and has taken numerous courses in various places she has lived, including a year studying furniture design at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
In 2020, when the pandemic shut down the world, she began a daily painting practice that has flourished into a passion for finding her artistic voice through color and deep contrast. She is constantly experimenting and developing her style and voice in her mediums and subject matter and loves expressing the beauty that surrounds us in the world we live in.
