About this event

Join us for a student-led tour that will showcase the top-rated USF Health facilities and amenities. The one-hour walking tour will include the USF Health library, classrooms, student study spaces, and more! Additionally, you will hear stories of how our students are making life better at USF Health.

In order to best serve you, we ask that all prospective students and their guests sign up 24 hours in advance or select the next available tour date. The tour will begin in the WELL (MDA building) which is located at: 12901 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Tampa, FL 33612. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk and indicate you are here for a tour. Parking permits will be available at the WELL front desk on a first come, first serve basis for guests of USF. Current USF students, faculty, or staff should park in the lot that corresponds with their parking permit type. Due to the structure of the tour, late participants may miss part or all of the tour. Admissions information handouts will be available and we encourage prospective students who want to have a more detailed admissions conversation to utilize the Office of Preadmissions advising hours (Monday-Wednesday).

Prospective Students interested in our MD program: The North Tampa campus houses all of our USF Health programs except the MD program. The USF MD program is located in downtown Tampa at Water Street (https://www.usf.edu/water-street-tampa/index.aspx). The building is open to the public. If you are interested in touring the Water Street location, I recommend connecting with the MD Admissions office directly (usfmdadmissions@usf.edu).

High Schools interested in a health program: USF Health tours are designed for current undergraduate students and students looking to apply to a USF Health program within the next year. The majority of USF Health’s programs are at the graduate and professional level, which means that an applicant must complete a four year bachelor’s degree prior to applying. We usually find that visiting high school students are served better by meeting with an advisor who can provide guidance on undergraduate admissions and touring the areas of campus primarily used by undergraduates. Undergraduate Admission provides daily campus tours led by student guides, which guests can sign up for here.

If you require accommodations or have questions, please email preadmissions@usf.edu.
