Key components of our event:
- Our VP of Revenue Cycle Operations will share her departments journey of applying the principles of improvement and lean to “transactional” areas in day-to-day operations. This would consist of a presentation and discussion.
- See how 5S is managed on an inpatient unit and the opportunity to see how daily huddles are conducted on a different inpatient unit.
Note: The actual meeting location is located on the NW corner of 40th Avenue & Rainbow Boulevard (small brick building between Taco Bell and Burger King). We do have a small parking lot on the west side of our building that you’re welcome to park in
