Unity with Nature VIRTUAL ON-LINE Guided Meditations
Commune with nature in spririt through monthly, virtual meditation sessions with Liz Huntington.
DESCRIPTION: Unity With Nature Guided Meditations offer guiding theme meditations to nurture our kinship with each other and all that we share in this life: the care of our planet, the bond of our human family, the deep and restorative nature of loving kindness and compassionate witness in the service of peace. Monthly meditation sessions are compassionately guided by Liz Huntington. Liz is a certified yoga therapist and Level II iRest® meditation instructor.
VIRTUAL: Prior to the program, registered participants will receive an email message providing a Zoom link for on-line access.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: This program is generously extended to Friends Wilderness through Goose Creek Meeting's Unity with Nature Committee.
DONATIONS: Programs extended through Friends Wilderness Center are offered on a free-will donation basis, but participants are kindly asked to consider a $20 gift to support our mission, facilities & care for the wilderness. Those who are able to contribute help ensure that access to the healing power of nature is available to all.
