About this event

Continue your leadership development journey alongside your Corporate Loaned Executive teammates in this half-day session.

The Challenge of Change – Organizations need to build a culture that is prepared to create and respond to change. Organizational change impacts everyone – your employees, customers, community, and not to mention your bottom line financial results. If change efforts are not done properly, the results can be disastrous. This session with Frank Ciccia, CEO & Principal Consultant, Illuminare Group, will give you an introduction to an effective change process that organizations should follow when engaging in change initiatives.

Attendees will participate in The ALICE Experience, a powerful new tabletop simulation designed to help participants better understand the difficult everyday choices faced by Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed (ALICE) families, who make up 27% of households in Erie County.

Finally, United Way Workforce Development Project Directors, along with Randi Murphy, VP of Workforce Development for Goodwill of Western New York, will provide a deeper look at how United Way is assisting with career and job placement, improving workplace productivity and retention, helping employers create and grow registered apprenticeship programs, and building long-term financial well-being in our community.
