Unit Practice Council: The First Steps

The Center for Nursing Excellence presents, Unit Practice Council: The First Steps.

This course provides Unit Practice Council members with an overview of the Relationship-Based Care (RBC) model and the principles of shared governance.

Come join us for this engaging 1-day workshop where you will obtain the tools and resources to create a successful pratice council. The content of the course includes managing a UPC meeting, communicating with staff and accessing resources for performance improvement projects.
