Reverse mortgages are available for homeowners who are age 62 + who would like to utilize a portion of their home equity to increase their income and cash flow without having to make a required monthly repayment. They are modernized HUD/FHA government insured loans with numerous consumer safeguards in place. You will learn the best way to maximize their benefits, the pros and cons, eligibility, options for receiving the funds and how a reverse mortgage may help to boost and secure finances while living on a fixed income. Your instructor will send you a zoom link within a day before the class meeting. Pre-registration is required.
